Since corn seems to "pass right through" a person,does eating just corn give no nutrition to the body?

Corn has lots of nutritional value. It's the body that cannot break it down into the size it needs!

your body gets some nutrition from it but the best thing it gets is bulk, to help you pass your foods well. it really is a valuable veggie just for that reason. It also is loaded in starch - which turns into sugar- which is empty carbs. It still tastes really good. Especially with a ton of butter and salt.
