You could sit around all day without a job and eat like I do. I've gained about 20 pounds in the past year doing exactly that. You could also consider joining the Army or the Marine Corps. Most of the recruits bulk up a lot during and after basic training.
If you need to gain weight, eat more protein, consult a doctor about your weight as it could lead to health problems, he/she could recommend maybe some diet supplements for weight gain.
Well you have to really factor in your metabolism. If its really high, and you are really aiming to put on some fat.limit your movement and eat..healthy, but with high amounts in calories. You dont have to eat alot, but sustain a higher than normal caloric intake. If its muscle you wanna put on..exercise is your goal, but its up to you. Just realize.you may regret later on for asking to get bigger..
since you are afraid of eating the you must black tea with milk with two spoon full at least five times daily and in one month see the result

I doubt you hate drinking. Try a Frappucino from Starbucks. Each one has 600 calories w/ whipped cream. Count your calories. You're supposed to consume 3,600 calories daily (1,200 per meal on a 3 meal basis). For every extra 3,500 calories you eat, you gain one pound. Isn't that funny? Trying to lose weight is as hard as trying to gain weight.
wtf is wrong with you? eating isn't optional! there are 5 things ur body HAS to do to live. eat, drink, sleep, poop and breathe. Remove ANY of those 5 and you're going to die. If dying is your intention, then I'd give up breathing instead of eating. It's quicker and a whole lot less painful.
