Bad Posture, what can i do?
Question:
Answers:
I agree w/ pnkyz_brain. Along w/ the massage you also need to work out the muscles that you aren't using so the muscles that you are using aren't overcompensating for their weakness. I am also a massage therapist and personal trainer. So seek someone who can aid you in both.yoga is good, but if you aren't getting the personal attention to make sure your positionings are correct, you can be doing more harm than good!!
Good luck!

Change the type of yoga you are doing, as it clearly isn't doing what you want it to. My posture was really bad until I started Ashtanga Yoga and now, i have no problems.
hello there little teacher.well i think you should take a pillow with you to work and out it on your chair were you sit on on your back try getting a chair that is in the middle of ur back and lean back until u hear pops or u cud try sleeping on the ground which is proven to improve posture
Seek a massage therapist. Often the muscles causing the bad posture can be found by an educated LMT (licensed massage therapist). Such as your shoulders rolling forward due to tight pectoral muscles. I am in Phoenix, but you can try massagefinder.com or Iwantamassage.com.

Try the Alexander Technique - it's there to help you work on your posture. You may think it's wierd at first, but after you get it you realise it's great. Or you could sit with a book on your head.
i was always told to sit up straight when i was at school should have practice what you preach ,ice cubes up the back that make you sit up
