I cut myfoot- I washed it once, and put neosporin- do i need to clean it again?

Question:

It is a large ( about a quarter sized ) cut- on th bottom of my foot- after it happened i cleaned it with some first aid soap foam and warm water- i put neoporin and i change the bandage every day- do i need to wash it agin or air it out?

Take the bandages off in the shower and clean it gently with just some water, let it air dry, then put neosporin on it again and rebandage.

Im a licensed nurse and I think you might wanna go to the doctor and get some antibiotics just incase you have any bacteria in the cut. And when you say quarter-sized do you mean the diameter of the quarter or the actual size of a quarter? But in the meantime before your appointment with your doc you should wash it again and I would let it air out for a while but dont let anything get into the cut.
