Hop on one foot with your head leaning to the side of the blocked ear.

Other Answers:
If you have water in ur left ear, then lie down on ur left.water will come out of ur ear..
If it's trapped, it's usually trapped by wax.

Try an astringent wax remover or some 'ear cone' candles to remove the wax and the water will run out.
you tilt it to one side and hold in that positions until you feel it leak out.better yet just lie on ur bed with that ear on the pilow and let it leak out that way plus tis comfortable..jsut dont fall asleep!
hop on one leg and tilt ur head to the side and swallow ur saliva
Lean toward the blocked ear and kick your other leg out to the side and sort of jerk your neck downward too, lol good luck.
best to let it drain on its own but if not call a pharmacist there is a solution/medication for water on the ear i believe it prevents it from becoming stale in the ear but dont quote me.
I usually tilt my head to the side and bounce a little, then the water comes out.
Hold your head over at an angle toward the side of the affected ear.Gently shake your head. That should drain some or most of the water from your ear. Then take a towel and thoroughly dry your outer ear. Repeat this process if you still feel waterlogged.
I'm with the people that say to tilt your head and hop on one foot. That usually gets most of the water out, but I can usually still feel a little after, so I use a blow dryer and the lowest, coolest setting.
I taught swimming lessons one summer and would get water REALLY stuck in my ears, and the pillow thing wouldn't work- it often doesn't for me. However, someone clued me in to the fact that if you put some rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and put it in your ear(s), it dries the water right up. (it feels a little bit funny but it works!) And, I checked with a doctor, it doesn't harm your ears.
Swimmers ear affects thousands of people a year, there is a solution, besides tilting your head to drain the water, there is another option, follow the link. My kids and I swim almost daily and so far have'nt had a single problem since we use ear drops. We live in Mexico but there must be a similar product in the USA.
