does being overweight make it worse when u have asthma?

Question:

Answers:
YES.
Fat cells store toxins.
Toxins compromise immune function.
Immune function can be repaired by replacing a few missing complex carbohydrates, which isn't difficult and doesn't require drugs and chemicals which fill you full of toxins anyway.

Avoid aspartame like the proverbial plague, it'll kill you!

Drink at least 2 litres of bottled still mineral water every day (anyone who tells you that's a hype, has no idea what they are talking about).

I spoke to a lad a while ago who described himself as having been a "professional asthmatic", 40 inhalers a day and all the drugs they could cram into him. He was introduced to a science which the reasearch and development company I work with pioneered. It's quite good stuff, but then it should be with 350,000 scientific papers already written about it.

Anyway, a little under 18 months later, he ran the London marathon ..... with a disgustingly good time. I guess what he did worked.

If you keep doing what are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting.

Take care.
it definitely makes the asthma worse. I have asthma and am slightly overweight- it will make it harder to breathe due to the extra weight on the lungs.
