Ecstasy causes a sudden big release of serotonin (a 'feel good' hormone), then a big drop afterwards, which is why people feel crap and depressed coming down. So taking ecstasy while having psychiatric problems will make things a million times worse.
Most prescription anti-depressants also cause a rise in serotonin, but in a gentle and controlled way - there is no sudden rush and no sudden crash. So prescription drugs are way better than ecstasy at making someone feel better, especially in the long term. Though they can take a while to really make a difference, which can frustrate people, but they are really worth persisting with. Also if someone took ecstasy at the same time as anti-depressants they would be running the risk of 'overdosing' on serotonin - you can look up 'serotonin syndrome' and that will tell you about it, it's not pleasant. Ecstasy and prescription anti-depressants should not be mixed. And anti-psychotics should definitely not be mixed with non-prescription stuff, they can interact badly with things.
Obviously the other risks of ecstasy are well-known - it can cause sudden death and there is no way of predicting who will be affected or at what dose.

Primary side effects of Ecstacy are hypersitmulation and hyperthermia. Basically, you run the risk of seizures and your body temperature rises dangerously high due to increased muscle activity (and a few other things). Bottom line, it is bad in general.mixed with the other meds you listed.could be deadly.

Well I wouldn't mess with that, no one knows exactly, especially since X is an illegal drug and no one knows for sure what's in it. Almost anything can happen, options are:
1.nothing will happen
2.they mix up perfectly and the person has great time for a while
3.the person gets sick, nauseous etc.
4.the person dies because of various effect of various drugs, or just overdoses
So if the person is willing to risk, good luck, I will recommend not to take X at all.
dont know about the brain, but it definately helps you to like crap music! bad news man don't use x EVER , X is not pure most of the time excuse all of the time are laced with other additives like cocaine, PCB's and other additives which even in small amounts mixed triggers bad effects on the body that's why people die so much, and another reason people take it with alcohol which doubles or triples the effect of X. X is bad news man don't take it.
At the begining I didn't have many side effects, other than being tired from the dancing. Then you get a thing called Tuesday Bluesday, where you feel down for a day or two. I had panic attacks, but I dont know if this was a combination of everything.
I think the drugs from the doctor actually affected me worse, and they took a long time to get over and there weren't any pluses to them, they certainly didn't make you high.
I've been off doctor's medication for years and I find having a good nights sleep more beneficial than any mind altering stuff.
Having said that I wouldn't recommend ecstacy, but some people have to go there just to find that out for themselves.
Dont punish your body, that includes bad or no food, no sleep,
mixing booze and other stuff. Its that on top of drugs that really messes you up. Be kind to yourself, you are obviously a thoughtful person. It is very dangerous in combination with beta inhibitors or something ie sounds just like what you are taking.
