How do YOU cool down?

Question:
Example; I've just finished mowing the grass and am extremely hot, sweaty, and almost week with heat. How would you cool down.

I don't drink beer.sorry. Any other methods?

Answers:
take a luke warm shower and lay on the bed naked with the ac on. You'll cool down real quick. I'm in a building on the 5th floor and our AC blew out on the hottest day of the year. Nice huh!

Well how hot is it in the winter in Australia?! It's only 55 Fahrenheit at my uncle's!

a good monkey spanking session with ur fav. mag. comp. or laptop. Sit in front of a fan.breathe at a normal rate.then grab yourself something ice cold(water works best!)then get you stanky self in the shower..

Drink tap water or bottles but not ice cold or drink a big glass of green iced tea. Set down in the shade and take some deep breathes.

Get yourself into the shade and drink lots of water. A cool shower helps too. A crude but effective way I tell if I am hydrated is by the color of my pee. If you are hydrated, your pee will be a very very light yellow color, almost clear. If your pee is dark yellow, that means you are dehydrating and need to drink more water or sports drinks.

Oh, beer makes you hotter! A cold shower does it for me, or jumping in the lake or a pool, then standing in front of a blasting air conditioner! Eating crushed ice helps while you are outside. Starbuck's Mocha Frappuchino REALLY hits the spot on a killer hot day. (and YES, ICE COLD!, for me, anyway- they say it gives you stomach cramps.)
