EMS certification query.?

Question: I recently submitted an electronic application for my State of Texas EMS certification. Within a couple weeks my name was posted and my certification was valid. Now my name is showing "pending-deficies". I am unable to work and can not contact anyone through the state as to why I am having this problem or how to eraticate it. If anyone has any suggestion please help. Thank you all! Happy Halloween!
