Red Blood like spots on my arms?

Question:

I have got some really strange red spots on my arm, on the inside bit of my elbow, can't think what its called sorry. But they are like little spots, needle like marks (im not a crack head) like blood spots, there are loads of them on both arms, does anyone know what they could be?

You're pregnant! Or it could be a reaction to soap powder. Do you wear short sleeved shirts or roll your sleeves up? Sounds like an allergic reaction rather than disease - do you feel ill? Go so the Big Doc person.

You need to see the doctor. It could be an allergy. It could be a rash. It could even be from medication you are on. Maybe you are allergic to something that you lay your arm on. Who knows? Only a doctor knws for sure.
