I can't stay alseep sleep?

Question:
This has been going on for a while now where I can't sleep through the whole night. I can only breathe through one nostril at a time, and I went to the doctor and got some nasal spray that helps a little bit for the most part I still have trouble breathing through my nose.

For the past couple months I've been waking up 1-3 times a night with dry mouth and lips. I guess its because I open my mouth at night. Is there any way for me to train my body to breathe through my nose?

Another thing is that I never really feel like I get into a deep sleep. Even when I'm dreaming I feel like I'm half alseep, half awake, and I usually wake up during a dream.

Answers:
This is nothing but E.N.T. problem.
You are suffering from sinusitis (nasal congestion)
Either you have to undergo nasal surgery to correct this problem or you have to use nasal drops or nasal spray.
This problem can be treated by Homoeopathy too. Before deciding about nasal surgery, you can do this.
To avoid slumber type of sleep, eat less during nights (take less spicy food during dinner).
Have a complete check up of your body.

Other Answers:
try going to a drug store and buying these strips that you stick to your nose and they open up your nasal cavity better also try breathing menthol like the Vick's vapor rub it decongests you so that you can breathe better. Also try getting a humidifier so that you will not wake up so dry in the morning.

probably
youll have to ask a doctor about that

Try putting a humidifier in your room or a cool mist vaporizor. It may keep your sinuses open and keep your throat and lips from getting dry. I use one all the time. sounds like a mild case of insommnia. take a sleeping pill, OTC, like melatonin. if that doesnt work, talk to ur doctor
