Does anyone know any good wives tales that really work. for and ear infection.?

I am pregnant. so it can't be anything i can't eat or take. but yesturday morning i woke up with this ear infection. And i can not get in the doctors until tomorrow. It hurts so bad and i can barley move my jaw with out pain. I used to get ear infections all the time so i know that this is indeed one. PLEASE HELP!

all easy to say if you arent the one in pain right?? the similason ear drops will temporarily stop the pain. what I have used that seemed to help is to pour a half cap of peroxide in the ear,lie down on the other side and let the peroxide stay in till it quits bubbling then put a tissue up to your ear and let the peroxide pour out .hope it helps you

Actually if you look around they say these days that an ear infection should be allowed to run it course, and just take something for the pain. They say that unless it lasts a very long time not to do anything.
