Hello..Unfortunately,Herbalife has not helped me at all. I think that they have a really good advertisement system, but the products are neither so 100% natural nor giving the desired results.I just found more cheap and not too advertised hearbel remedies and I have more success with them. Most of them contain Gingko Biloba and Guarana..I can give you full detailes on what I am used with success..Good luck!!

i did not but a family friend did that
it was OK as long as he was in treatment and diet
so if you are dieting you lose weight anyhow
and it cost a fortune
I have a friend you used it for a long time and she DID drop some weight. She still swears by it. No success stories? Then what's the point of the question? If people have used this product, then they're going to have to tell you if/how it worked (or didn't).
I lost a lot of weight on it back in the 80s. I haven't tried the new formulations. In any case, we did notice a big difference back then when clients combined the weight loss pills & shakes with a glass of aloe vera juice, which Herbalife sold also. It taste horrible for the most part but it definitely effected the weight loss.
Herbalife was expensive back then. I agree with one of the other responders that there are cheaper options if you just want the weight loss. If you are interested in the business opportunity then using there product is obviously a must. I can tell you selling pills is tough with any company let alone herbalife. You need to jump in with your eyes wide open. If you aren't a "born" salesman, I wouldn't even consider any MLM.
Two friends of mine, both working in the medical line, took herbalife before and for more than 6 months.
One of them, she took it as a health supplement because she skipped breakfast. After 6 months, she went for blood test and found out the Potassium level was much higher than her past results. Her doctor advised her to stop taking. Another 6 months later, her Potassium level went back to normal.
The other one, she took herbalife in order to lose weight. And it worked. She really slimmed down. But early this year, she found out there were lumps in her breast. So she stopped taking it after the procedure to remove the lumps. Last month when I saw her, she gained back lots of weight. As she told me, if you have been taking Herbalife and want to stop now, watch out for your diet, your weight will bounce back.
To conclude, I think it's very important for everyone to watch out for 3 things when taking or thinking of taking any supplement, not just herbalife:
1. The dosage. Overdose of supplements can cause serious problems too.
2. Maintain your health checkup on regular basis. Analyze your test results and be wise to react if you sense anything goes wrong.
3. If you maintain a balance diet and healthy life style, don't waste your money on something that might bring you nothing but trouble.
Love you body!
