I have worked as an athletic trainer, so here's my best advice. First you need to stay well hydrated, which means drinking lots of good old H2O (Water). Also, lightly, and I do mean lightly stretch your muscles in your legs and rear. When doing these streches just go to pain tolerance, do not push more. You will see that day by day you will naturally be able to do more. Also, vary the stetches, some standing and some sitting. Hope this helps. Good luck!
Try not to excise for the next few days, just keep doing light stretches. Stiffness in the muscles is caused but a build up of lactic acid in the muscle( totally normal if you had a hard workout). Rest and it will go away by it's self..
I know what's wrong with you. Actually, i don't know what REALLY is wrong (i'm not a doctor), but a week ago the same happened to me. After such pain I got a really awful cramp in my hip and leg, so went to see a doctor. he gave me some medicine and a cream. it really helped. so you go to see a doctor, only he can help. that cramp wasn't simple. it was really PAINFUL.
