Since dreaming is a function of the sub-conscious, of course they do. I bet the pics they see are different, tho'. I hope a blind from birth person answers you, it would be interesting to see the answer.

Yes. It depends on your definition of dream, though.
obviously, EVERYONE dreams, unless u have some kind of weird issues with ur "dream" part of ur brain
i dunno
but i hope they do
:)
Everybody dreams
Dreaming is a way your brain processes memories (the reason odd parts of your day appear in the dreams completely out of context)

Some say you brain just randomly fires each days new neuron connection (or memory) to imprint them in you long term memory at night, lighting up your sensory cortex. When you sleep the part of your brain that interprets consciouses thought is off so these stimulation's are woven together as they come, making for crazy dreams that don't make sense.

A blind person would dream of course, but they would dream with the senses they use to memorize by like sound, touch, smell.
I've wondered that myself, what about newborns? Do newborns think, if so, what do they think of they don't know words? Good question.
i always thought they probably dream in sounds and smells
