Having a little pain. what to do what to do?
Question:
Answers:
Soak your foot in hot water and epsom salts (get it at the grocery store or drug store). I'd do it twice a day.
Also, take an anti-inflammitory (like Aleve or Ibuprophen) for three days - as recommended per day.
That should do the trick if it's a sprain. Sprains generally hurt more than fractures. You can tell if it's a fracture by poking around on the area where it hurts. If that produces an extremely sharp pain, you could have a broken bone.
Good luck!

A little pain never hurt anyone.
You might have sprained it. Just stay off of it for a few days and if doesn't seem to be getting any better you should go to the doctor it may be something else. Good Luck with that.
