You would have to take them to a pharmacy for identification..All of them are generic because trade names are usually stamped on the pill or the manufacturer. In any case NEVER take a med you don't know..The PVK sounds like Penicillin 500mg but not necessarily..
M367 is generic Vicodin. Try google for the others, or webmd.com
Take them to a Pharmacist. They will know by sight if not they will check their books with all kinds of tablets listed. That will be the only sure way to know.
M367 - Vicodin 5/500mg
pvk500 - Penicillin V Potassium 500mg
93 542 - Chlorzoxazone 500mg
You have 2 choices. You could take them all to your local pharmacist. If they are nice, they can look them up or might even be familiar with them by sight. Or you could go to the library and lokk at a PDR. It's a Physician Desk Reference. There are colored pictures in the front that will tell you what compnay made the pill and the name and you can then look up more detailed info in the back.
Simply call the poison control center. There is an 800 listing for it, which you can get by calling 1-800-555-1212. Just tell them you need to know what the meds are and they will ask you to describe. They can look it up rather quickly. Don`t bother calling a pharmacy, they`ll just direct you to P.C..
You can go onto webites with pill identification on it.Websites are rxlist.com, and drugs.com.Hope thats helpful.
