Headache question?

Question:
If you don't get a "good night's sleep" could that cause headaches? I don't sleep well at night and lately I've been getting some bad headaches. I don't sleep through the night, I usually wake up 3 or more times a night, and have a hard time going back to sleep. Would this be causing the headaches? Any ideas on how to stay asleep?

Answers:
Lack of sleep can cause headaches. You should go to the Dr. to see if he can recommend a sleeping pill!
Lack of sleep can cause headaches. To sleep better at night, try to cut down on the amount of caffeine you drink/eat during the day.
Need to find out why you are not sleeping. Are you doing enough in the day to be tired enough to sleep all night? Try doing some vigorious excersize during the day to make yourself tired enough to sleep. Amazing what activity will do for you. Will even aid in digestion. Ever get a stomach ache for over eating or eating spicy foods, go for a 30 minute walk it will cure it.
Sure it can cause headaches and other problems. Headaches can be caused by too much toxin in your bowel or colon. To completely solve the problem, you need to detox and eat less junk food. If you wish to solve your problem. Do write to me at rz00800@yahoo.com
