go see a doctor
call your doctor, yahoo isnt the place to be getting medical advice from people..
it could be to many things you need to go to the er soon
Could be acid reflux. Could be arthritis of the spine. Could be a heart problem. Why not call your doc and get it checked out just to be safe? I wouldn't wait any longer. Not only could you avoid a big problem, but you might also find out it is something minor and then you can relax.
With chest pain it is always best to see a doctor quickly just to be sure. I had (what sounds to be) a very similar situation a couple months ago. Antacids did not help at all. It turned out to be acid reflux and the only thing that helped were prescription drugs. Now I have no problem at all with it.
Could be lots of things. any nausea/vomitting? any left arm, jaw, or back pain/numbness/or heavyness? feel like someone is pushing on your chest? any diaphoresis (sweating?) any shortness of breath while doing things you normally would have no problems completing? it could be lots of things, if it is cardiac your heart muscle is dying by the minute. if its indigestion, which is highly unlikely if you have never had it before and since it has lasted two days, your esophagus is slowly being eaen awat by the minute and could end up having ulcers or worse. either way ou need o be seen in the ER w/o delay.

Sounds like what happened to my mommy, just before she died. Good luck!
Go see the doc. Talk to him/her or a nurse on the phone. Maybe they can give you advice on the phone. But, more likely u need to go to the doc for a visit. It's much better to go to the doc before the condition could get worse
