quit. seriously, don't kill yourself. you really need to stop. why would you even start?

Quit, you'll be later prone to cancer, lung and heart problems.

Don't give up giving up.

you must be 14 or you wouldnt be asking this question and the answer is you should, and you shouldnt have started in the first place, but since you did ,the answer is yes, yes, and yes.quit. I guess it depends on how you want to die. The fact is, your life expetancy decreases for each day that you smoke. You will be less energetic, less able to compete in sports, have more sexual problems as an adult (smoking narrows the blood vessels, making erections more difficult to achieve/retain). You run the risk of lung cancer, though not for another 50 years, and at your age you probably don't care - that seems like forever.

Sadly, by the time you start to regret smoking, as everyone does eventually, you'll be too old to quit and if you do it won't make a difference; the damage will be done.

Some other effects; you'll look 50 when you are 40 - the skin is irreversably damaged by smoking. You'll smell bad all the time, so the only people who will want to date you will be other smokers.

If you go on to college, most people will drop you like a stone when they find you are a smoker. It's not considered cool at college any more to be a smoker.

Your habit will cost you your first house. Literally. The money you will spend on cigarettes would have paid the down-payment on your first home.

So, if it's still appealing continue to smoke - it's your choice, your body, and your future.
