i jus got a stiff neck last night.theres notthing really u can do by urself but if ur neck is 2 high then jus get a smaller pillow. heat for 20 minutes then ice for 20 minutes until soreness is better then exercise a lil at a time side to side left to right forward to back real slow a few times a day and it should help!

You need a hot bag of whole feed corn or rice. Go grab a clean tube sock & fill it up with rice, tie it off or sew it shut, & microwave it for a min. per cup of rice. You will feel better soon!

Time. In the meantime, a warm compress and pain relievers or muscle relaxers.

i know it's hot but you gotta take a really warm shower or bath. a massage and 2 Tylenol should do it

First Ice down , then place a rolled pillow under your neck gl

Try a heating pad

First of all, depending on how you got this injury, be very careful to any injury around the neck. If it's just a stiff neck or pulled muscles then a very hot, moist, towel around the neck helps but so does a long soak in a HOT tub of water with water up to your neck. Be careful though as you position yourself in the tub. Most creams that say they relieve muscle aches are just mental tricks. The moist heat of a bath, shower, or hot moist towel does more wonders than any smelly creams. Last, as hard as it is not to do, don't be moving or twisting your neck around but keep it as still as possible and in one direction or position. I would try icing it first. Ice it for 20 minutes on 10 off. You can also buy Deep Cold or any other cold cream as well. If you can, go see a Chiropractor for some adjustments and further advice.

A gentle massage, maybe some aspirin, and when you feel loosened up again roll your head around and stretch a bit.

Good luck!
