you can put a little bleach on it or some tobacco from a cig or snuff
baking soda paste works great too
baking soda in a little bowl and just enough water to moisten it to a batter and then put on spot thats irritated leave there for an hour or so
actually, meat tenderizer is the best, it breaks down the protiens in the poison.
and if you have one of those snake-bite kits, if you put the suction thingy on the sting soon, it will suck out most of the poison.
