I'd like to quit smoking but, I believe that if you really want to quit anything at all that you have to have the willpower and pretty much do it cold turkey.I hope you do have a good idea I wish you good luck on it.

No matter what you do or what method you use, one will NOT stop smoking if one doesn't really deep down WANT to stop.

Experience. Took me 7 times and 4 different methods, BUT I DID IT~~because I really wanted to.

I quit.mine was getting married. My wife won't kiss me if she smells cigarettes. I quit cold turkey too.soooo hard!! Been off since Aug 25 of last year.

i stopped when i got pregnant but when i went back to work i started up again
