When i sneeze i get a sharp pain in the area of my left shoulder/neck.is this a pinched nerve?

well could be but somthing i've always had luck with, befor sneezing take your hand apply pressure to the area that reacts as you sneeze, that helped me.
I have had the before. I don't know what that is, except that it hurts!
