I think everyone else has answered the nail trimming question pretty well. Bandaids often come off for me, so I use mole skin. You can find it in the foot section of WalMart or someplace like that. It's a thick flannel that's sticky on one side. Some even have foam in them. They stay on well and provide protection to blisters that haven't broken . don't break the blister if you can help it or it may get infected.

help me pls?

I work at a podiatry office. Yes, the nails should be cut straight across. And You can't get rid of the blister, just let it heal. I would put a bandage with alot of padding on the area with some neosporin or something equal to that. Wear the bandage during the day and leave the sore open at night. If this doesn't help within a week, I would check with a professional. This is caused by friction. I would also get rid of the cause of the friction, such as the shoe that you got it from until it is healed and calloused over.

patient transport from fife to the western general hospital in edinburgh?

I just put a band aid on a foot blister, it protects it and keeps it clean. I change it every shower.

I heard toe nails should be cut straight across too, and the people who say so seem very serious about it. But I confess I round them a little because straight across they get sharp corners and put holes in my socks. I think the point is to not cut the edges so low they become ingrown.

If you can't sleep what do you do?

Best way is to not wear shoes for a day and let it dry out, then cover it with moleskin to avoid making it worse. When it is dryed out cut and trim the skin off and continue to use the moleskin till fully healed. Available in any health aisle.
