What can i put on my foot to relieve the radiating pain?

Question:
All day today I had a radiating pain in my left foot. Occasionally I have pain in my left knee. But today this pain in my foot was crucial. I was wearing sandals this morning and a little while after my foot started to hurt. I think its a nerve but I don't know. A couple of months ago, I hit my shin on concrete but everything was fine. What do I do? The pain stops and comes.

Answers:
You need to find the cause of the pain. See a Dr. or a Pediatrist (foot doctor) It could possibly be nerve damage caused by the injury to your shin you had previously.

i had a very bad foot pain that prevented me from walking for six months. i went to an acupuncturist and within two weeks i was up and running.

part of the acupuncture treatment was chiropracty and magnets. look into both. it could help your knee problem too.
This could be pain from a nerve as you indicate. It may be from your back or from your knee. If the pain continues, and I would not wait a long time, I would see an orthopedic or a neurologist. They may want you to see a physical therapist, which will probably provide you with valuable tools to prevent this.
