What can i put on my foot to relieve the radiating pain?

Question: All day today I had a radiating pain in my left foot. Occasionally I have pain in my left knee. But today this pain in my foot was crucial. I was wearing sandals this morning and a little while after my foot started to hurt. I think its a nerve but I don't know. A couple of months ago, I hit my shin on concrete but everything was fine. What do I do? The pain stops and comes.

You need to find the cause of the pain. See a Dr. or a Pediatrist (foot doctor) It could possibly be nerve damage caused by the injury to your shin you had previously.
