Why are my fingers popping?
Question:
About a month ago, the middle and ring finger on my right hand has started popping at the first knuckle joint(from the finger tip). It's not like i'm actively trying to pop them. all I have to do is curl my fingers and they pop. It's gotten to the point where I am being obsessive compulsive about it, and pop them literally thousands of times a day, as I can pop them every couple seconds.
I wish I could just have them heal somehow, to be more like my left hand which doesn't do it. I have tried putting tape on the joint, as it prevents it from bending in such a way to pop, yet it doesn't seem to want to heal as i've had them on here for a week.
What could this be?
Answers:
BS"D
i know this seems like a foreign concept, but i think it may be that your blood for some reason became a little more acidic.
i would try a harmless exercise.
willing? ok:
braggs apple cider vinegar (health food shop)
follow directions on bottle and drink first thing in the am and last thing in the pm. this is totally harmless, many people use this method to burn body fat while dieting.
i am curious to see if this works. i tried it on myself and i think it did make a difference.

I have the same thing with my knees but I'm not compulsive about it.
maybe you should see a chiropracter what your doing is hard on your joints!
I don't know why that happens my fingers did that too for about 2 months. I just tried not to move my fingers to much and eventually it went away! hope you have luck!
