Yes, some of my most vivid dreams were under anesthesia, though I don't know if it was in the midst of it or as I was slowly waking up. YES! I have been under anaesthesia 3 times now. and each time, I did have a dream, think thats why it took them a few times to call my name and get me awake. lol.
I dream real heavy when in deep sleep like that.
