For the moment since you are having a reaction to a sting I would suggest you call the emergency room and ask their advice.
something I have on hand all the time: I use "Rhuli Gel". It is a fast-acting invisible (clear) itch relief for poison oak, poison ivy, and insect bites. It works very well. They have a toll-free number you can call with questions. it is 800-558-5252 on weekdays from 9-9 EST. They might be able to tell you where you can find it in your area.

Now here's a question that I can answer! I have a horrible time with bug bites. No one else around me gets as many as I do, so I have become the resident expert in my group.
Get some sort of calamine lotion (you know, the pink stuff). The best one I found is Band-Aid brand calamine spray. It goes on easily and uniformly.
Creams and such that you have to rub onto your skin work in the long run, but as you're putting them on, it makes you itch more because you're rubbing the itchy area. The spray works instantly without the extra itchy period.
Another trick that works for me is to use a blow dryer on the bite. Hot, dry air helps the bite to heal faster and itch less. DON'T BURN YOURSELF, but blow on the bite until your skin gets warm, take the dryer away for a few minutes, and do it again.
Maybe put cream on it that helps you stop itching.
You need to put some ice and I heard that meat tenderizer helps a lot.

or benedryl has a anti-itch stick...not sure if that's what its called but its benedryl in a stick.
you also need to make sure you got the stinger out. rub a credit card over it to get it out.
They say to take a tea bag that is wet and it will take out the sting.
You are having an allergic reaction...I would take a cold shower or go to the hospital if it gets worse

But it sounds like your having an allergic reaction, I would try taking benedryl.
Put some meat tenderizer on a warm rag and hold it on there for 15 minutes. That should take care of the swelling. Then put on some anti-itch cream to control the itching.
You can put mud on it and when it dries it will pull the stinger out of it. Or use baking soda the same way - put some in your hand, get it wet and put it over the sting. Hope this helps.
Scratch your palms, I've heard it helps alleviate itching in other areas. Or a cool washcloth helps. Also try taking benedryl, it'll help lessen the itching.
get a soap bar, wet it just a little, smear it around the bite

Make a paste of baking soda and water and put it on your bee sting. You may also need to take some benedryl, or another anti-histime to stop an allergic reaction. Feel better soon!
