why can't you use home wart remover on...?

why can't you use the home wart remover or that freeze stuff. on genital warts.. i just read the bottle and it said do not use on genital warts.. why would anyone want to do that in the first place is weird to me.. but anyway why not.. i know from my sister they use acid to take them off.. and ain't there acid in the wart removers..

Any doctors out there or anyone who can explain how migraleve tablets work?
