GO Back to the Recruiter who originally accepted your enlistment and have a talk with them,tell him your ready..after you visit a Free Clinic..they are listed in any Yellow Pages and have them write-up any pertinent information for your case..also you may try legal aid or the local Military Judge Advocates Office.I hope this helps you

Learn to spell and then post your question. I thought you had to be able to read and write to be in the service, guess we know why you ain't there anymore. Take your DD214 and visit your nearst VA Medical Center. Your care will be covered
