What sort of pains are they?
It may just be a pain that lasts a short while, but it may be something more serious.
How long have you been having these pains, can't you tell a family member or someone about them and they may be able to help you?
Hope you feel better soon.
Take a cold shower. Often as poss.
i will tell u two medicines one is oil massage for the painful areas and other thing use antibiotics (in india there is one gel called overan gel made by company called novartis) it is highly effective.
Ask someone to rub it better, preferably with some oil, it aways feels better.
Actualy only do this if you are over 16, younger see the doctor or parents.
What caused the pains? Were you excercising? There is a lot of information left out. Like how long you have been having these pains; What causes the pain to increase? Does it hurt when you "pee"? Without more information then it is impossible to give a answer. I suggest you see a dr. In the mean time you need to rest.
well, unless you enjoy pain,
get yourself down to the doctor's !
FIRSTLY, DECIDE WHAT IS CAUSING THE PAIN. PAIN IS A SYMPTOM.
ONCE YOU HAVE FIGURED OUT THE CAUSE THEN IT IS A MATTER OF TRYING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM YOURSELF. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO SO THEN
I HAVE LOTS OF ACHES AND PAINS. I FIGURE OUT WHAT IS CAUSING THEM, THEN AND TRY TO SORT IT OUT.
MOSTLY ITS A MIND OVER MATTER SITUATION. BUT IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS FOR SOME TIME, A WEEK OR TWO THEN IT WOULD BE A VISIT TO THE M.D. ESPECIALLY, IF THE PAIN BECOMES MORE INTENSE AND ACUTE. OTHERWISE A FEW ANALGESICS HELPS TO EASE THE LOAD.
IF YOU ARE DOING A LOT OF EXERCISE, [SPORTS] EASE UP A BIT.
it depends what the pain is and what you think is causing it. It may also go away with normal pain relief. If your concerned ask a doctor for advice, theres no need to be embarrased they deal with things like this all the time. if in UK call NHS Direct.
