I don't know of any books or therapy resources, but here's an interesting tidbit of information. Some people who do a lot of public speaking or if they act onstage, will practice talking with rocks (or marbles, or something else) in their mouth. Practice slowly and carefully with the rocks, and then when you take them out of your mouth, it'll be that much easier to speak.
