Answers:
I agree with the first answer that your shoulder is indeed surely inflammed. But I would not recommend going to a surgeon. It would be best if you first went to see a Physical Therapist. Depending on what state you're living in you might have to go to a doctor first to get a referral to a PT. It's likely that you've torn one of your rotator cuff muscles in your shoulder. There's alot that a therapist could do to help you if it's not torn completely but it's possible you may need surgery if it's a complete tear.
Start by taking a normal dose of acetametaphin (Tylenol) and putting an ice pack on your shoulder for about 20 minutes 3x a day, this will help reduce the inflammation. Try not to use it alot for a while.
It would be best if you could go see a doctor, I'm not sure how you could do this without your parents finding out.

hi this is an advice from an orthopedic surgeon. i think ur sholder is inflammed and it needs anti inflammatory drugs to reduce the swelling and redness and the soreness. u also need ice packs or cold fomentation for the shoulder. and an ointment to reduce the pain. also required is some rest for which the sling is quite useful. if all of this doesnt work then u need to visit an orthopedic surgeon and get an xray done.then only it can be evaluated.
