Cover it up today,that is for sure.. Wear a bandage or ankle sock over the burnt bit or it will just get worse.

Apply sunfactor 20 at least to the rest of your body.

I am fair skin and always get burned , best thing I have found to do is get a paper bag ,cut into strips, and soak in vinger(white) and place on sunburn ,it will be very cold ,and smelly lol but in seconds you will feel a difference, this draws out heat ,and the next day it does not hurt . Opps make sure it is a brown paper bag from groc. store I recently got burned really bad. The only thing that helped was to put a wet (damp) towel on the burned area- I did this for two days. My boyfriend did not do this and his hurt a lot longer and peeled way worse than mine. Keep moving the towel around to spots on the towel that are cool.

wrap icecubes in a cloth and apply to the area - never apply ice directly to skin..very cold natural yoghurt is good, aloe vera gel or standard aftersun cream. keep it in the fridge. keep the burnt area out of the sun, when the redness goes down use a very high factor suncream or you'll burn again and do some damage.

keep it away from sun and . smear some yoghurt on it. No, I'm serious!! :) I am serious!

Try cold wet towels on it for a while, then put calamine lotion on it (available from chemists). Rub lots of aftersun on it too. get your mum to kiss it better?

put witch hazel on them and if you are in absoulute agongy take a paracetmol with a ibuforen in will help the the redness go down n take the pain away
