This is called tinnitus. It can be cause by inner ear problems, or disease. Have it looked at by an ENT specialist, and see if anything can be done.
u hav tin ear , not the metal type tho Tinnitus can be caused by other things - antibiotics, jaw troubles and muscle troubles related to the head and neck. Go to a doctor and get it checked out.
