The gross stuff doesn't work either....the answer...get fake nails and keep up with them

I forgot what it's called, but there's this really gross-tasting clear nail polish you can wear that will stop you from biting them. I've never tasted it, but I heard it's pretty repulsive.
Wear gloves or thimbles
Yea, bite your nail and put it under a microscope (if you have access to one). Once you see the living germs and bacteria in there you will NEVER want to bite your nails again!
gloves...
Get your teeth pulled. After you get dentures you won't be doing it anymore. Also try keeping nail polish on your nails. Also get one of those 4 in 1 nail buffers. The more you mess with them the less likely you'll want to bite the. IF that doesn't work try an alternative like chewing gum.
there is a nailpolish you can put on that tastes really bitter and gross, but I tried it, it was gross and then I just stopped wearing it lol

I stopped biting my nails for a long time and then I restarted when the hockey season started lol

I don't know what to tell you, but ..good luck :)
Citrus-scented isoproyl alcohol...It contains the same bad-tasting, bitter chemical used in the special nail polish, (for a much cheaper price) It's called denatonium benzoate----or "the most bitter substance in the world" as some scientists have called it. It's awful! I've used it. I've been an "onychophagist" or nail biter for years... You won't want to put your hands anywhere near your mouth after rubbing some of this stuff on your hands! Good luck.
Get that nasty tasting nail polish
there is this extremely hot brand of hot sauce out there that is called Devil's Revenge Hot Sauce From Hell. put some of that on your nails. that will stop you. just DONT scratch your eyes.
Stress makes me bite mine, so de-stress. I found keeping nail polish on my nails prevents me from biting them.
