I have a fracture of the T12 vertabra and my leg is killing me?

Question: i am taking lortab like M&M's and i cannot even get into see the doctor for another week, what else can i do for the pain? thanks

Answers:
Be careful. Lortabs can cause a GI bleed! If you've called your doctor & can't get in for another week, call back & see if he can call something in to the pharmacy for you in the meantime. Vicodin should help & can be called in. Percodan & percocet will also do the trick but cannot be phoned in. You may also want to try moist heat & lots of rest.


I've had 5 lumbar fusions so I know a little bit about the subject of pain control
