Question:
People tell me that's crazy, and I rarely meet people similar to my active lifestyle and little sleep combination. It may have rooted from late nights watching Conan O'Brien, then all nighters with school, and just hanging out late with friends.
On average, I go to sleep at 3am and wake up around 6 or 7am, but outlast everyone with energy still.
Any answers would be appreciated.
