If you die durring lypo is it considered suicide?
Question:
Answers:
No it is not suicide and the Dr. is not a killer. The paper she is signing is informing her of the risks of the procedure. And if she chooses to do it anyway knowing the risks she cannot hold the Dr. accountable unless he did something that was determined to be malpractice. You sign those papers any time you step into a hospital, dr's office, dentist. even if they are just looking at your big toe.
Other Answers:
No, it's not suicide, it's medical malpractice. Get a lawyer!
No
The intent to die is not there. The intent to loose flab is the goal. All choices have consequences. If we don't do things because we might die we would never leave the bedroom.
It's not suicide, but the doctor gets no charges pressed against him since he signed a release. So basically, she just dies, and her family recieves no compensation No.Duhh..well actually it's 50/50 you know your chances of what could happen but you take them any way.
No:
The benefits outweighed the risks.
There presumably was patient nformed concent.
A suicide situation would arise if the patient was in such bad shape that sugery was extremely dangerous (perilous), or the surgeon was grossly incompetant and the patient knew it etc. All unlikely scenarios.
