What could cause cramps in my lats?

Question:
I am not dehydrated and I have not been exercising them or using them beyond normal. But I have been having them constantly for months.

Answers:
your cramping up during the day because your either sitting all day and not getting up enough (at work) or your just not maybe stretching them enough..you can fix your cramping by starting to stretch them a little bit each morning and all ways keep your liquid levels up.

ur period duh!

Not sure what lats are, but low potassium can cause cramps in the leg and foot. Make sure you "stretch" good after you excercise. The lactic acid builds up in your muscles during excercise. Stretching releases the lactic acid. Let me know how you feel after that!!
