my cousin researched and told me that when you first get a shot.. it hurts but it eventually heals all the way and the arm will be healthy again like it was originally is that true? and that it heals from bein damaged.. i hope thats true. does it damage your arm like at all? 1%? i dont want a damaged arm at all! :[[[[[

Answers:
You can relax. When I went to the Philippines a long time ago, I had to go through a series of shots. Yeah, it hurt a bit, and a couple of shots hurt for a couple of days. After a while, you'll see no evidence that you ever had any shots. And the good news is that your arms will be fine. Enjoy the trip.

You'll get over it, sweetie.
I answered the others so I'll say again, no hon they don't generally damage the arm at all. You're cousin is 100% right. What you feel now is muscle pain from the shot, the meds go into it and have to work out of the area. Try the moist heat and massage your arm to move it faster. You'll be ok, I promise.
I guess I would doubt it would damage your arm at all, long term. Is it just sore? Generally, shots don't do "mess up your arm", it was probably just a big needle or something. Your muscle is just sore from the needle. You should be fine. I've honestly had dozens and dozens of shots, and I'm fine.
