Gallstone question.?

Question:

Did anyone have bright red bloody stool (not a lot-just a little) when they had gallstones? I am scheduled to get mine removed and had two stones removed from my bile duct via ERCP and now 5 days later while waiting for surgury I have bloody stool and a little pain in my lower back. anyone else experience this?

Bright red bloody stool is from a lower intestinal tract hemmhorage.
If it continues seek medical help. Possibly from an internal hemmorhoid bursting or injury.

I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago.was swinging a golf club a week later.

no, i never had that and my gall stones were severe enough to damage my liver and pancreas but never bright red bloody stool. Get that checked out because I don't think it's due to gall stones!
