Carpal Tunnel?

Question:
I am on the computer for at least 3 hours everyday, usually more. What is the risk of me developing carpal tunnel?

Answers:
Try to keep your wrists in proper alignment with a foam wedge, take a break and flap your arms and hands about every fifteen minutes, and I think you should have a very good chance NOT to get it! Good Luck!!

Other Answers:
very little

Slim & none.

It actually isn't much of a hazard with computer work.

Computers falsely got some bad press but the real problems are not computer related. I have had Carpal Tunnel & mine was caused by the way I folded my hands when I was sleeping.I turned my hands into the inside of my arm and that pinches the nerves that run through the Carpal tunnel under your wrist. I've read that anyone that does a repetitive job or task such as typing is at risk.

Their are several ergonomically correct alternative keyboards on the market that is helpful.
