Tummy ache =[?

Question: Lately, i've been having terrible stomachaches at like 3 and 4 in the morning. Any ideas of a source? And no i don't eat anything too heavy before bed either =/ thanks in advance <3

Could you be pregnant? Either food allergy, food poisoning, or cramps (you know what for).

If they continue and you don't throw up or have runny poop in the next few days, go to the doctor. Could be intestinal parasites..
