A question on oral sex?

Question: Lets say two guys get together and one sucks the other. His friend ejaculates into his mouth but the guy does not swallow. Now if the guy who ejaculated was infected is there any chance of the guy who got the mouthful but did not swallow could become infected to? (It's just one of those things I wondered about.)

yes. he can be infected don't forget about mucus membrane of the oral cavity.. u can't say that nothing at all got inside him.. coz things are able to stick to the mucus memebrane and then get swallowed, even if it is only a very small particle might cause the infection.
