I need advice on how to alleviate insomnia, any suggestions?

I'm no expert but here it goes. Try increasing your exercising and sex. Do not eat for at least two hours before bed time.
Make sure your bedroom is completly dark. Make sure your room is cool enough. Try meditating, or just sitting quiet for at least one half hour before bed. Try some streching exercies before bed. No TV for at least an hour before bed time.
If there is any noise, try using ear plugs, this has helped me in the past. If all else fails see a doctor and do some research yourself on the computer. I hope this helps. Good night and good luck!
