How can I quickly get rid of a cold sore?

Question:

I've been using Campho-Phenique (cold sore treatment) for two days and I still see no progress.

Answers:
Tea Tree oil works great, pain stops almost instantly and starts healing right away.

Other Answers:
Try Abbreva. You can get it at Wal-Mart, Target, Rite Aid, CVS, etc. It's about $15 a tube though, but works great.
