Okay. Well. I think that yes, that could be normal. Instead of hitting the person you hit a thing. I think it was more so that you would not hurt the person, not so that you would hurt yourself. Lots of people do this. They get mad and punch walls, or hit their heads against things etc.

It is normal and it its better than hurting other people. But if you think you have an anger problem you should probably get that checked out. But I think that you're normal.

use a pillow, or crap on a photo of that person I'm not sure what exactly you're asking, but I'm guessing that you want to know if its typical for someone to be pissed off at someone but instead of hitting them, you hit a wall or something.Am I right?Well, yes alot of the times that is true. I do,my b/f does it,alot of people I know do it.Is it healthy,NO!But,I suppose it's better than hitting someone else and going to jail..

Its VERY important to get out any built up aggression you mught have in you for any reason. try to find constructive ways. Things like sports, hobbies, helping others with the same issues. There are all kinds of positive outlets for built up pressures. Definitely stay away from self destructive behavoirs such as hurting yourself or others. Becareful not to avoid or ignore issues that you hold inside. If you keep pushing them down they will explode like a volcano without your control. Trust me my hand is messed up for life and gradually getting worse.
