Do you think more people are seeking natural remedies because these days doctors don't seem to care?

Question:
I know that I had a problem with my digestion and was loosing weight rapidly. I saw about 6 different doctors, before anyone even did a propper examination. They each kept saying after a blood test that they can't find anything wrong. and eventually I saw a doctor who was also into alterative therapies who was the first one that really asked questions and did an old fashioned physical examination (immediate found the problem and now I'm fine).

I lost a third of my body weight in less than 3 months. I think it's amazing what modern medicine can do now, but doctors are looking far too much for the quick (pop a pill) fix. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Answers:
Yes, Yes I do, not only do alot of doctors/people in general don't care, but I think alot of them don't know what there doing. I trust mother nature, she heals me just fine. BTW Thanks for your impute with my question, I'll try it, it wasn't sappy at all, Thank you very much. Have a good night!

i think its because natural remedies are cheaper and they work better.

I think the reason that more people are seeking natural remedies nowadays is that most people can't afford to go to a doctor because they have no health insurance. An herbal remedy that costs 20 bucks is a lot more manageable than a prescription that costs 50 bucks--or more. Doctors do usually go for symptoms nowadays and nomore for causes. They recommend remedies and surgery, even when not necessary.

Many symptoms may be cured by so easy one-time treatments like Atlasprofilax - just nobody knows.
